Allens Cross Day Centre/Lunch club has been in existance since the 1980's.  Supported by Allens Cross Community Association its aims are to provide a place where elderly housebound and disabled can come together to socialise and share a two course hot meal.  Activities include arts and crafts, games, bingo, quizzes and gentle exercise. All staff and volunteeers are CRB checked. Professional entertainers are invited on a regular basis and  we also arrange the occasional trip to the local countryside, theatre etc.  The lunch club is open to anyone aged 50 or above.  Transport may also be arranged dependant on your address.  For more details telephone Sheila Hall on the number stated at the bottom of this page.
